Setting-Up the 1004MC Download
on "MATRIX for SRAR" Members & Appraisers
Formerly "Tempo MLS" Users
1.
Click the Link below and Open the Instructions. For best results,
PRINT these instructions and follow them exactly.

Next, click the Link Below and Open the MATRIX (MRMLS) Spreadsheet

3. Download ("Save As") a Copy of
the Excel Spreadsheet to a location where you can find it.
4. Again, follow the printed
Instructions exactly.
– with one exception...
When you get to the "categories"
shown at the top of Page 2
(of
the Instructions), there is no existing category
named “Date COE End” on the SRAR Version – instead substitute “Date End”
Also, just a
couple of helpful hints:
-
When you are looking for the “Export” Button shown on Page 3 of the
Instructions – it’s way over to the RIGHT and might be off your
screen unless you scroll all the way to the right.

When the Data is pasted into the Spreadsheet, if you see Columns that have
###### instead of Data, widen that column by dragging it to the
right or double clicking on the edge of the column (Either of these actions
will work but Click or Drag at the right edge of the column, between the
letters at the very top - above Row 1). Once the column is wide
enough, the data will appear instead of
###### and the spreadsheet will
calculate properly.
